You are what you eat - is a common saying but as you are a human being living the Law of Free Choice you can be in control of what you are. Self discipline is not in the diet itself but in the way you avoid reading and believing everything you read about diets, selecting only what feels absolutely right for you in your 7th sense of knowing. So, instead of worrying about what others say about food, discover what you as an individual need to eat for your body to feel good. The workshop is a journey of discovery resulting in reducing/increasing/maintaining the correct body weight for you - which will almost certainly be different than the average weight given out by the medical profession. The content of the day uses fascinating tools for you to discover for yourself, if the foods you eat and the drinks you take are right for you and what, if anything, should be changed. For those attending and where the person wishes, the course will look at comfort eating, addictions and personal beliefs about food and drink. In particular it will look at where these ideas and beliefs have originated. A list of the nutrients, minerals, vitamins, liquid intake plus the frequency of ingesting will be compiled for you to take with you and practice at home.
